Joseph “Joe” F. Zimprich, 92, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Dougherty Hospice in Sioux Falls, SD. The family will be present to greet friends for visitation on Sunday, July 6, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Risen Savior Catholic Church in Brandon. A Liturgical Wake Service will follow beginning at 6 p.m. at the Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025, also at Risen Savior Catholic Church. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Jasper, Minn.
Louise Thorsgard, 85, of Brandon, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at her home in Brandon. Funeral services were held Monday, June 30, 2025, at Blessed Redeemer Lutheran Church in Brandon. Burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Norris, S.D., at a later date.
A celebration of Life service for Craig Glen Wilbur, 72, of Sioux Falls, is planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at First United Methodist Church, 401 S. Spring Ave., Sioux Falls. Memorial visitation, with family present, will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, July 7 at Miller Funeral Home Downtown, 507 S. Main Ave., Sioux Falls. A time of sharing is planned for 6:30 p.m.

Sharon Kay Lubeck, 80, of Sioux Falls, passed away onS aturday, May 3, 2025. A memorial service to celebrate Sharon’s life is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2025, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls. Interment will be in the Hills of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral, starting at 10 a.m.
Barbara Ruth Opp, 76, of rural Baltic, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at her home. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Benton Lutheran Church, rural Crooks. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery near Sioux Falls.
Keith Everett Hettich, 62, of Brandon, died Monday, June 2, 2025 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Keith’s life was celebrated Friday, June 6 at The Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum and East Sioux Falls Historic Site.
