In late October, above), over 1,000 vocalists and instrumentalists from across the state joined together for South Dakota High School Al-State chorus and orchestra. In all total, Brandon Valley was represented by 26 student-musicians (20 in the chorus, six in the orchestra). The concert will be aired on South Dakota Public Broadcasting on Thanksgiving Day or may be livestreamed on YouTube. The All-State Choir was directed by Dr. Jeffery Redding, and All-State Orchestra was led by Joel Neves.
