Judah Petersen, 32

Judah Eliah Petersen, 32, of Brandon, passed away from natural causes due to a medical condition on Friday, July 31, 2026, at his home in Brandon. Visitation with the family present will take place from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls. A funeral service celebrating Judah’s life will start at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, at Life Church in Sioux Falls with a lunch to follow. Burial will take place at Brandon Lutheran Cemetery in Brandon. 

Judah is survived by his parents, Theresa Marie Schneider and Mark Philip Peters; children, Jeremiah Ezekiel Petersen and Naveah Aurora Petersen; siblings, Amanda Mae Monk, Sara Ann (Monk) Montgomery, Mary Elizabeth Monk, Heather Marie (Daleske) Kvale, and her husband, Dirk; Jeremy Peters (Angela); Malachi Daniel Smith and his significant other, Tessa James; Esther Angelyn (Peters) Zech and her husband, Chas Zech; Hadassah Moriah (Peters) Burnison and her husband, Erik Burnison, and Isaiah Eliah Peters; many nieces and nephews, Adam (Ashley), Miranda (Patrick), Wesley (Lacey), Wyatt (Jordan), Hannah, Benjamin (Cassandra), Caleb, Isaac (Makalah), Olivia, Alexis, (Hunter), Angel, Seth, Mackenzie (Kaden), Sophie, Samuel, Alex, Kaiden, Adeline, Dayton, Miley, Isaac, Jonah, Emma, Oliver, Ezra, Elianna, Lillian, Jack, Jaelynn, and Kai; as well as 11 great-nieces and great-nephews.
