Carol J. Currier, 98, of Sioux Falls, passed away at her home on Lake Lorraine on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

A private graveside service was held Friday, July 10, 2026 at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Sioux Falls. 

Carol is survived by her daughter, Karen (Robert, Jr.) Chalfant, of Nashville, Tenn.; two granddaughters, Nicole Chalfant of Nashville, and Madeleine (Thomas) Chalfant Hille of Kennett Square, Pa., and grandson, James Currier of Santa Rosa, Calif.; two great-grandchildren, Ferdinand Thomas Hille and Ophelia Marie Hille; and her rother, Olander (Sylvia) Benson of Brandon.
