Douglas Clark, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and one of the most iconic flagmen in dirt track racing history, died at his home in Sioux Falls, on Friday, June 26, 2026 at the age of 73.

As of pressitime, his memorial service day and time was pending.  

He is survived by his son, Justin (Stephanie) Clark, Sioux Falls, SD; daughter, Cortnee Clark of Sioux Falls; grandchildren, Kayden (Kiah Van Der Brink) Clark, Taya (Ashton Clapp) Rave and Ethan Rave; brother, Jim (Diane) Clark, of Lake Poinsett; ex-wife, Lori Clark, Sioux Falls; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
