Jennifer Ames, 50, of Baltic, died Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Memorial services were held Monday, March 9, 2026, at George Boom Funeral Home-Brandon Valley Chapel in Brandon.

She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Kay (Bentley) Ames of Valley Springs; son, Logan Ames of Baltic; brother, Marcus (Bradyn) Ames of Garretson; nephews, Taesyn, Braxtyn, and Hudsyn Ames of Garretson; grandparents, Wendell and Betty Ames of Sioux Falls; aunts, Connie Tveidt of Pierre, and Roslyn Person of Arlington; and uncles, Timothy (Marilyn) Ames of Burton, Texas, and Robert (Pam) Bentley of Lake Norden; and numerous cousins.
