Lippert ties school soccer record in win over Maranatha Baptist

Buena Vista University senior women’s soccer player, Chloe Lippert, tied a school record on Sept. 12 with four goals scored during the Beavers’ 11-0 non-conference road win at Maranatha Baptist.

Lippert, a Sioux Falls native and graduate of Brandon Valley High School, became just the third player in program history to score four times in a single outing.

Already leading 1-0, Lippert scored her first goal of the afternoon during the seventh minute of play and later scored three straight goals over a seven-minute span early in the second half that gave BVU a 7-0 cushion. She now has a pair of multi-goal matches in 2024.

For the year, Lippert has registered eight goals overall which currently leads the American Rivers Conference and ranks second in DIII. She has pushed her career goals total up to 14 which is seventh all-time in program history.

Buena Vista improves to 4-0-1 on the year and travels to Illinois College on Saturday, Sept. 14, for a 1 p.m. non-conferencekickoff.
