Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Minnehaha County Board of Commissioners will be held at or after 9:00 a.m. on May 18, 2021, to be held in the Commission Meeting Room of the County Administration Building, 415 N Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD, there will be a public hearing to consider the following Major Amendment to the Cedar Ridge Planned Development District within the1990 Revised Zoning Ordinance for Minnehaha County.  

MAJOR AMENDMENT related to the following:

Article 10.00 – PD Planned Development District – to the Cedar Ridge Planned Development (10.0614) to add two (2) single family residential lots to Subarea A on property described as: N1/2 SW1/4 all in Section 3-T102N-R49W.

All interested persons may appear and be heard.  In addition to the public meeting room, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, members of the public may join the meeting remotely through Zoom Video Communications found online at www.zoom.us or on the Zoom app for Apple and Android phones or tablets.
