The Brandon City Council met in a special meeting session at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Council Chambers at 308 S Main Avenue, Brandon, South Dakota. Present were Dana Clark, Vickie David, Barb Fish, David Kull, Jack Parliament and Paul J Lundberg. Others present were: Finance Officer, Christina Smith; City Engineer, Tami Jansma and Park Superintendent, Devin Coughlin. City Administrator, Bryan H. Read joined via conference call. Absent: Tim Jorgenson.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

A work session was held on the Capital Improvement Plan. Park projects were discussed. Jon Jacobson, Chair of the Park Advisory Committee was present to discuss the projects.

No formal action was taken.

At 6:15 p.m., hearing no further business, the meeting adjourned.
