Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Minnehaha County Planning Commission to be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 22, 2020 in the Commission Room of the County Administration Building, 415 N Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD, there will be a public hearing to consider the following Major Amendment to the Cedar Ridge Planned Development District within the 1990 Revised Zoning Ordinance for Minnehaha County.  

MAJOR AMENDMENT related to the following:

Article 10.00 – PD Planned Development District – to the Cedar Ridge Planned Development (10.0614) by allowing accessory structures in Subarea A to follow the total permissible area of accessory building as shown in Table 4 of Article 12.07; and to add six (6) single family residential lots to Subarea A from Subarea C on property described as: N1/2 SW1/4 all in Section 3-T102N-R49W.
