Splitrock Township: Notice of Public Hearing

Pursauant to SDCL 31-3-6 and 7, notice is given that on May 12, 2020 at about 7:30p.m., a public hearing will be at the Split Rock Township Fire Hall Meeting Room (7201 Arrowhead Parkway, Sioux Falls, SD 57110) help for the purpose of public input  and a supervisor decision regarding the filed petition to vacate the South two hundred fifty one feet (251’) of South Stoakes Avenue located between the north property line of Lot 6 Block 1 Split Rock Heights 3rd Addtion and the currently platted South Stoakes Circle from South Stoakes Avenue to the east, Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Individuals unable to attend the meeting may present information, opinions, and arguments by delivering to a Supervisor or mailing  to the Township (at the above listed address) with receipt prior to May 8, 2020.
