Shirley Laird, 84, of Sioux Falls, died Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home. A service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her partner, Les Broughton of Sioux Falls; son, Bob (Jill) Laird of Sioux Falls; daughter, Connie (Gilbert) Perez of Flower Mound, Texas; grandchildren, Jordan (Laura) Laird and their son, Beckett, of Brandon, Jacob (Brittany) Laird and their daughter, Isabelle, with another one on the way, of Livonia, Mich., Jeremy (Katie) Laird and their children, Jackson, and twin daughters, Aerith and Lilith, of Sioux Falls, Gabriela Perez and Alexis Perez, both of Flower Mound; and brother, Curtis Olson of Trent; and many nieces and nephews.
