Raymond “Pat” Meyer, 89, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, at Avera Merrill Pioneer Hospital in Rock Rapids.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at the Apostolic Christian Church in Lester, Iowa. Burial was in the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery at Lester.  

He is survived by This wife, Twyla, Rock Rapids, his 10 children, Teresa of Sioux Falls, Dean (Linda) Meyer, Denis (Jill) Meyer and Dawn (Stan) Knobloch, all of Rock Rapids; Terry (Paula) Meyer of Rock Valley, Iowa; Merlin (Marilyn) Meyer of Rock Rapids; Brad (Trinda) Meyer of Lester; Joy (Eric) Kupferschmid of Rock Rapids; Jana (Paul) Miniex of Los Angeles, Calif.; and JoAnn (Willis) Nester of Rock Rapids; 43 grandchildren, and 63 great-grandchildren; brother, Earl (Barb) Meyer, of Brandon; and sisters Margaret (Eli) Grimm, Irene Banwart, Paulette (Norm) Zaugg, Lila (Mike) Wirtz; brother-in-law Robert Banwart; sister-in-law Elaine Wagenbach; and many nieces and nephews.
