PRIMARY ELECTION

CANVASSING OF VOTES

THE MINNEHAHA COUNTY COMMISSION CONVENED AT 9:00 A.M., June 8, 2020, as the PRIMARY ELECTION CANVASSING BOARD. Commissioners present were: Barth, Bender, and Karsky. Commissioner Heiberger was present via teleconference. Commissioner Beninga was absent. Also present was Olivia Larson, Commission Recorder, and Margaret Gillespie, Senior Deputy State’s Attorney.

Jean Bender called the meeting to order.

Bob Litz, Auditor, presented the 2020 Primary Election results.

MOTION by Barth, seconded by Karsky, to certify the results of the June 2, 2020, Primary Election Canvas. By roll call vote: 4 ayes.  

MOTION by Barth, seconded by Karsky, to adjourn. By roll vote: 4 ayes.

The Commission acting as the Canvassing Board adjourned until 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
