Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Minnehaha County Planning Commission to be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 26, 2021 in the Commission Room of the County Administration Building, 415 N Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD., there will be a public hearing to consider the following:

REZONE from the A-1 Agricultural District to I-1 Light Industrial District, property legally described as BJM addition S1/2 34-102-47 & N1/2 03-101-47 Lot 4 Red Rock Township. To allow a trucking company and warehousing.

All interested persons may appear and be heard.
