Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Minnehaha County Planning Commission to be held at 7:00 p.m. on November 25, 2019 in the Commission Room of the County Administration Building, 415 N Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD., there will be a public hearing to consider the following: 

REZONE from the A-1 Agriculture District to I1 Industrial District, property legally described as Tract A of Lot 2, & The West 800 Feet of Lot 2 (Ex. H-1, H-3, H-4, & H-5), SE1/4 NW1/4; all in Section 27-T101N-R48W, Minnehaha County, South Dakota.

All interested persons may appear and be heard.
