Staff report

Lynx Power Day is like a one-stop-shop option for freshman through senior students at Brandon Valley High School.

The annual event is set for Wednesday, Aug 14, beginning at noon and wrapping up at 6 p.m.

Lynx Power Day is the day that all pre-schoolyear tasks are handled. Students in grades 9-11 will have their school pictures taken that day.

Freshmen through seniors are also issued their student IDs and parking permits. It’s also the day to purchase activity passes, spirit wear, finalize student laptop-issued paperwork and pick up their computers, and receive updated class schedules. Many of these items can be paid for online prior to Lynx Power Day. Additional information will be forthcoming the first week of August.

The schedule for Lynx Power Day is as follows (by last name):

12-12:45 p.m., Seniors A-L

12:45-1:30 p.m., Seniors M-Z
