Located at PT NW1/4 LYING S OF RR ROW & W1/2 NE1/4 LYING S OF RR ROW 33 102 48 & E1/2 NE1/4 LYING S OF RR 32 102 48 BRANDON TOWNSHIP 102-48, Minnehaha County

The general location is North side of Holly Blvd West of the Big Sioux River, McCook County SD

Material to be mined: Sand & Gravel

The operation is to begin by 12/1/2021 and will be completed to include final reclamation by 12/31/2030

Proposed future use of the affected land: final reclamation will consist of regrading and developing into commercial and residential property
