NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Brandon Planning and Zoning Commission on the 16th day of January, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. at the Brandon Council Chambers, 308 S. Main Avenue, Brandon, South Dakota;

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Brandon City Council on the 20th day of January, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Brandon Council Chambers, 308 S. Main Avenue, Brandon, South Dakota;

Both hearings will be conducted to consider the request for re-zoning of the following described property from R-3 to PD.
