Chamber Chat: Kidpreneur Market debuts at 9th annual Brandon Expo
By:
Kim Cerwick, Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce president/CEO
An exciting addition to the Brandon Expo this year is the Kidpreneur Market. This event gives young entrepreneurs a platform to debut their products and services and launch their mini-businesses in an effort to engage children in entrepreneurial thinking and foster their natural, enterprising spirit.
Kidpreneurs often become today’s most successful entrepreneurs, and it is the mission of the Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce to encourage kids to think creatively about new and innovative products or service ideas, believe they can start a business and be an entrepreneur, and learn more about what it takes to start and run a business.
If your child has a business idea and would like to participate, check out BrandonValleyChamber.com for more information and to register for a free Kidpreneur booth.
The Brandon Expo and Kidpreneurs Market will be held in conjunction at the Brandon Valley High School on Saturday, Nov. 11. The Expo runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Kidpreneurs Market will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Looking for something fun to do with the kids? The Brandon Expo is the perfect place for you and your family. The entire auxiliary gym will be filled with fun activities, including bouncy houses, coloring contests and special crafts sponsored by Brandon Ace Hardware. All of this fun is free for all ages.

We look forward to seeing you there.
