The 2017-18 basketball season officially tipped off Friday night on the hardwood in Brandon, where the Lynx and the visiting Sioux Falls Lincoln Patriots battled it out through four quarters. While the Pats walked away with the 70-62 victory, Lynx head coach Brent Deckert was encouraged by the team’s “never give up” attitude.
