Alice Martha Schmeichel, 91, of Sioux Falls, died Friday, June 14, 2024. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 2001 S. Elmwood Ave., Sioux Falls. 

Alice is survived by her children, Arlen (Deb) Schmeichel; Arlayne (Joe) Kersting; Arla (Mark) Clyde; Arlo Schmeichel; Arlys (Gale) Paulson; Arwin (Melanie) Schmeichel; Arnell (Troy) Duncan. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Andrea (Justin) Parliament and their children, Hannah and Hudson; Brent (Megan) and their children Avery, Carter, and Liam; Aleesha Clyde and her son Cason; Melissa (Dylan) Reeser and their children Rylee and Finley; Mackenzie (Andre) Clyde and their son Sage; Landon and Lexus Paulson; Kale, Addison, and Myah Schmeichel; and Hunter and Elizabeth Duncan; and her sister Elnora (Ron) Unruh, and several nieces, and nephews.
