Supe's On: Fourth quarter on tap. 'Finish the Lynx Way!'

By:
Supt. Dr. Jarod Larson, Brandon Valley School District

As Spring is upon us and the fourth and final quarter of the 2022-23 school term is set to begin next week, I would encourage all our students to finish strong and push themselves academically through the end of the school year. Make school attendance and academic effort your priority for the remainder of the school term. Continuing to bring an outstanding effort and a positive attitude will drive your academic success – Let’s finish The Lynx Way!

Along with Spring and (hopefully) with the improving weather, more students will be walking and riding their bicycles to school. With the additional pedestrian and bicycle traffic in and around our communities, it is critical that traffic and school zone safety is our top priority. Please slow-down, stay alert, and be aware of your surroundings. In addition, distracted driving continues to be a growing societal concern, and we must reinforce the importance of not texting and driving to our young drivers.

Together, we promote student safety in and around our school zones.

Go Lynx!
